Agility Handler Performance Check

LET’S START

Please fill out the form below

This isn’t just another questionnaire—it’s the foundation for smarter, more individualised training.

This assessment is designed to help me understand your current strengths, identify opportunities for improvement, and create recommendations that truly match your needs as an agility handler.

Please answer each question as honestly as possible. There are no ”right” or ”wrong” answers—the more accurate your responses, the more valuable your results will be.

I’ll look at your movement, training background, goals, and current physical performance to identify the areas that are likely to have the biggest impact on your agility handling.

The videos should show your running & movement on courses or a sprint session. If you want technique tips on spesific plyo/strength/other movements, send those too.
